Hotel Operations

This course is designed to introduce students to the organizational structure of hotels, and the roles and responsibilities of employees involved in day-to-day operations. Students will examine the impact of internal and external factors such as current events, business trends and the economy on the tourism industry. Students will also acquire hotel operations skills and utilize problem solving strategies necessary to provide quality service and demonstrate hospitality.
